GrantFundPro or Grant Fund Pro is a web-based software-as-a-service platform created, owned, and operated by Grant Fund Pro Inc. By continuing to use or access our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Violation of these Terms may, at our discretion, result in us terminating your account and initiating potential legal action.
GrantFundPro reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon acceptance of the User or the lapse of thirty (30) days after the completion of its publication on our website: https://www.grantfundpro.com/terms-and-conditions, whichever comes first. Should changes be made that materially alter the content and effect of these Terms, the date found on this page shall be refreshed and email notifications will be sent to all active Users. The determination of what constitutes as significant and material is dependent upon our sole discretion. You are enjoined and are responsible for regularly reviewing the current version of these Terms. Continued use after any changes to the Terms have been made will constitute your consent to such changes.
“Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” in any of our policies or terms, refers to Grant Fund Pro Inc.
“Services”, “Service”, or “the platform” refers to our website https://www.grantfundpro.com and any other product created and maintained by Grant Fund Pro Inc. This includes https://app.grantfundpro.com, whether delivered within a web browser or another format. Additional matters regarding Services are outlined in a separate header below.
“You”, “your”, “User”, or “Users” refers to the individual or organization that owns an account with our Services. In case of doubt, accounts are owned by the organization detailed during sign up, if the organization is a legal entity. If the organization is unincorporated or lacks legal status under Canadian federal or provincial law, the account is owned by the individual who signed up for the account.
“Funding Entity” or “Funding Entities” refers to any entity that directly or indirectly provides financial assistance, including but not limited to grants, loans, wage subsidies, and tax credits. These entities may include government institutions, government agencies, public and private sector organizations, non-profits, and other institutions offering funding.
“Programs” or “Funding Programs” means any program offering a sum of money, loan, and other non-dilutive funding entered into with a Funding Entity.
GrantFundPro is an independent entity that compiles, summarizes, and aggregates relevant information on grants, loans, wage subsidies, and tax credits in Canada (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Programs” or “Funding Programs”). It contains material that is obtained from public domain sites and often provided by the Funding Entity through its website, email, in-person consultation, phone consultation, or other means of correspondence.
GrantFundPro does not directly provide, sponsor, or facilitate grant funding of any kind and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, federal or provincial governments, other government agencies, or any other Funding Entity. No part of the Service may be used to contest or dispute any decision, disagreement, or action taken by any Funding Entity. Users are expected to conduct due diligence on any Funding Program and Funding Entity before applying to or accepting any grant.
GrantFundPro is a grant search platform that allows Users to search and filter through a comprehensive database of Funding Programs. Users are provided with the means to independently conduct searches to identify relevant Programs within the platform. It also has the capability to match Users with compatible programs based on their account and business profile.
GrantFundPro is available in two tiers: Regular and Corporate. Regular Users are granted full access to GrantFundPro's features and capabilities, subject to their compliance with the Terms. Corporate Users are afforded the same level of access as Regular Users, with the additional ability to invite up to five (5) Users to a shared workspace. Invited Users shall be provided with Regular-level access; however, such access is contingent upon the continued compliance and payment by the primary Corporate account holder. In the event of non-payment or violation of the Terms by the primary account holder, all invited Users’ access will be suspended or terminated accordingly.
GrantFundPro compiles, summarizes, and aggregates publicly available information on Funding Programs. Information found across its Services are taken from public domain sites and from disclosures made by Funding Entities through its website, email, in-person consultation, phone consultation, or other means of correspondence. Reasonable efforts are made to validate and ensure the accuracy of any information provided in the platform. However, GrantFundPro makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of such information and disclaims any liability for errors or omissions. Should there be changes, gaps, or updates to Funding Programs, and such changes are not reflected on the platform, GrantFundPro shall not be held liable or responsible for any consequences arising from the reliance on outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information. Users are advised to coordinate and directly consult with the Funding Entities to confirm the most current and accurate details of any Funding Program.
By using the Service, you agree that any recommendations or suggestions made by the platform are a matter of opinion and not of fact. Any analysis of your profile and your suitability to any Funding Program is our opinion only and does not represent the opinion, endorsement, or approval of any Funding Entity. GrantFundPro does not guarantee eligibility for, or approval of, any Funding Program, and any reliance on such recommendations or suggestions is made at your own risk. GrantFundPro disclaims any liability for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the information, recommendations, or analyses provided through the Service.
Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. GrantFundPro does not warrant that the services be uninterrupted or free from any defects and errors. The Services provided are on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any guarantees or service-level agreements. We make no guarantee regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the Services and disclaims any liability for any interruption, delay, or failure in the operation of the Services. Without limitation, you agree that GrantFundPro does not make any warranties or undertake any duties regarding the availability of the Service at any particular time, the timeliness or accuracy of the Service and its newsletters, the functionality or accuracy of processing of the Service, or the absence of viruses or other harmful components.
GrantFundPro further reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
As part of our Service, we collect business and User demographic information for the purpose of identifying and matching Users with appropriate Funding Programs. The information collected may include, but is not limited to:
The above data is collected and processed in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and is used for the purpose of matching Users with relevant Funding Programs.
Additionally, the data above may be utilized by GrantFundPro for purposes of marketing, promotion, and upselling. This includes the use of such data to identify trends, user engagement patterns, improve platform features, recommend programs via newsletter, and tailor service offerings. The collected data shall not be disclosed to third parties, nor utilized for purposes other than those expressly related to the Service provided by GrantFundPro.
By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and processing of your information as set forth herein and as described in our Privacy Policy.

GrantFundPro undertakes to ensure that measures are taken to protect and secure your data. We employ HTTPS encryption to ensure all data transmitted between you and our Services is encrypted. By using our Services, you authorize Stripe to process your credit card information for payment purposes in accordance with Stripe’s Terms of Service. All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.
GrantFundPro comes with a chatbot functionality within the website (https://www.grantfundpro.com) and the platform (https://app.grantfundpro.com). This website chatbot helps Users navigate the platform, answer frequently asked questions, and provide general guidance. Within the platform, the chatbot offers grant writing assistance, funding recommendations, and related services. This functionality is an automated system and does not provide legal, financial, or funding eligibility advice. Any information provided by the chatbot is for informational purposes only and must not be considered a substitute for professional and expert advice.

Data collected through the chatbot interactions will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes. Users may request the deletion of chatbot-stored data by contacting info@grantfundpro.com.
The chatbot is powered by third-party AI systems. While GrantFundPro ensures compliance with data privacy laws, Users acknowledge that interactions with the chatbot may be processed through these external systems. By using the chatbot, you consent to the collection and processing of the interactions in accordance with GrantFundPro’s Privacy Policy and the terms of service of these third-party providers.
As part of GrantFundPro’s Services, the platform may include links and references to external third-party websites. As such, GrantFundPro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or remove links to third-party or external content. These links are provided solely for the convenience of the User, and any access thereto is undertaken at the User’s own risk. The inclusion of any link or reference to a third-party website within the platform or across the Services shall not be construed as an endorsement, approval, or recommendation, whether express or implied, by GrantFundPro.
In no event shall GrantFundPro be liable for any information, content, materials, products, or services contained on or provided by any third-party websites, nor for the User’s use of or inability to use such websites, or for any transmissions or communications received from such websites. The User hereby expressly releases and discharges GrantFundPro from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the User’s access to, use of, or reliance on any third-party website.
The User agrees to pay to GrantFundPro all fees and applicable taxes associated with the User’s account as provided in https://www.grantfundpro.com/#pricing. Unless otherwise provided, all fees and payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD). Further, all fees are non-refundable and are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities and the User shall be responsible for the payment of such taxes, levies, or duties, if applicable.
Upon sign-up, the User will be required to select either a Regular or Corporate subscription, both of which will require a valid credit card for automatic billing purposes. For subscriptions offering a free trial, such as the Regular plan, if the User opts to utilize such trial, credit card information will be collected at the time of registration, but no charges will be applied until the expiration of the 30-day trial period. If the User does not want to continue such Service after the trial period, the User is responsible for cancelling the trial within the period specified to avoid unwanted charges.
By subscribing to any of the Services, the User expressly authorizes GrantFundPro to charge the credit card provided for all fees and applicable taxes to GrantFundPro.
Should the payment be declined for whatever reason, GrantFundPro reserves the right to cancel the User’s subscription until the payments are resumed. Unpaid accounts will be frozen and inaccessible until payments are made.
By subscribing to any of our Services, you agree that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. To cancel your subscription to any of our Services, visit your account’s billing and subscription settings on the platform.
Cancellations should be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle. In the event a cancellation is initiated during an ongoing billing cycle, such cancellation shall become effective at the beginning of the subsequent billing cycle.
Upon cancellation of the subscription, the User acknowledges that no refunds shall be issued for the current billing period. However, the User will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle.
GrantFundPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s account and deny any current or future access to the Services at any time for any reason. In the event that such suspension or termination arises from a breach of these Terms by the User, no refund shall be issued. However, if the suspension or termination occurs without a breach of these Terms by the User, the User shall be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the Services.
Should you believe that you have been erroneously charged or have received an incorrect invoice, you must notify GrantFundPro in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge or receipt of the invoice. In the event of a dispute, undisputed amounts must be paid by the User in accordance with the payment terms set forth herein.
GrantFundPro reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice and GrantFundPro shall not be made liable for any damages or claims arising therefrom.
Further, GrantFundPro reserves the right to modify existing fees or charges, or institute new fees or charges for the Services at any time. Such changes shall become effective thirty (30) days after written notice to the User, which may be provided via email or through a notification within the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any fee change or modification shall constitute the User’s acceptance of such changes. In the event that the User does not agree with such changes, the User must immediately discontinue the use of the Service prior to the implementation of such changes.
GrantFundPro is not liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or data arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use of the Services, the unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account, or any other matter relating to the Services.
In no event shall GrantFundPro’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim, demand, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services exceed the total amount you have paid to GrantFundPro under these Terms in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Furthermore, in no event shall GrantFundPro’s cumulative liability to you or any other party for any and all losses, damages, or claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the Services, or the use of the Services, exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services under these Terms. The existence of one or more claims will not increase the maximum liability amount.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrantFundPro, its officers, directors, employees, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of and access to the Service, your violation of any of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party right. GrantFundPro obligates itself to provide you with written notice of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
The headings found under these Terms are for reference and convenience only. It has no legal significance and will not and shall not be considered for the purpose of interpreting or construing these Terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any and all disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections with regard to venue.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable by a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only up to the extent of such illegality or unenforceability and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

By submitting feedback, you hereby grant GrantFundPro a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise exploit the same into the Services. You further acknowledge and agree that such feedback may be used by GrantFundPro without any compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.
