No part of your personal information may be sold to third parties.
If you sign up for any of our services, you will be required to provide your payment information which includes your credit card number, expiry date, CVV code, phone number, and billing address. This information is submitted directly to our authorized third-party payment processor, Stripe, and GrantFundPro may retain only a record of the transaction for purposes of account history, invoicing, and billing support. We encourage you to read the privacy policy on Stripe’s website regarding the use, storage, processing, and disclosure of your information.
GrantFundPro’s main objective is to find a compatible funding program for you. Thus, we may ask for additional information, subject to your discretion, involving your business information (annual revenue, number of employees, years in operation, etc.), founder’s information (age, ethnic origin, and experience), industry/sector, location, and other similar information. Collected information under this section is used to match users with compatible funding programs. It may also be used to segment users into categories for improved targeted marketing efforts that will align with the user’s business goals and interests. Should you wish to opt out of the latter, a separate section is provided below.
Should you sign up to receive electronic marketing communications from us, we may collect your email address and phone number for such purposes. You are able to opt out from this any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email or going to your account settings. Please note, however, that unsubscribing to our marketing communications will not prevent us from sending transactional and account-related communications.
When you email us for any feedback, assistance, or complaint via email or through the “Feedback” option on the GrantFundPro platform, you may be asked for identifying information such as your name, company name, and other relevant information to help us address your concern. This information will be retained to enable us to have a history of past correspondence to improve our support should you reach out in the future.

The length of time for which we retain such information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it. After such a purpose has been fulfilled, we may delete and/or aggregate your data. GrantFundPro does not sell chatbot interaction data to third parties. However, these interactions are processed through Zapier, which utilizes an OpenAI model, and both operate under their respective data privacy policies.
Chatbot interaction data is retained as necessary for the purposes outlined above. Users may request the deletion of chatbot-stored data by contacting info@grantfundpro.com. Upon request, GrantFundPro will take reasonable steps to remove stored chatbot data, subject to legal and operational limitations.
